DepEd Usec questions effectivity of mother tongue in K12 | ANC

Headstart: DepEd Usec. Epimaco Densing is pushing for the revival of the English and Filipino languages as medium of instruction for lower grade levels, saying mother tongue must be the “exception to the rule” and only used in far-flung areas where the two languages are not really introduced.
