Older iPhones Bricked For Being Too Outdated - Locking Users From Their Data

Hundreds of reports have surfaced of people stuck with phones that randomly locked up, being unable to access the phone or its contents. This issue is affecting the iPhone 6s, 6s+ and SE models on older IOS software.
Lets just hope its a bug.
